"Thoroughly inspected a 4,000 + sq. ft. home we were interested in purchasing. Since the home was built in 1900, we thought an inspection would definitely be necessary.
Superior job! Extremely thorough! He spent a lot of time inspecting all 4 stories of this beautiful house. Each floor was inspected with as much care as the first; no slacking on the inspection since we were there for over 3 or maybe it was 4 hours! I can't fully express how overwhelmingly satisfied we were with the inspection. Every nook and cranny of the house was examined; inside and out! Definitely would recommend Pro-Tech Home Inspections."
